Lelia Marcus
Drawing on my advanced education and 30 years of professional experience, I work with each person as an individual. I support a wide range of goals for my clients, including: improving health, managing weight, toning up, correcting posture, strengthening bones, and continuing post physical therapy improvement & maintenance. Our focus will be based on your specific goals.
I started exercising at a young age, incorporating weight machines and dumbbells into my routine. In my 20’s, I was in an automobile accident that damaged my knee. I had 2 knee surgeries, a year apart. I understand the struggles of physical therapy and recovery.
After a lot of hard work to rehab and rebuild my knee, I trained for and completed a sprint triathlon. I took on hiking, mountain biking, & skiing. I am a mom and I have held corporate jobs - I understand the challenges of making time for exercise and self-care. I am now older and have experienced changes that go along with aging.
All of these experiences motivate and propel me as a fitness professional to help others overcome similar challenges to become a better, more physically fit, mentally & physically healthier person.

How Does it Work?
Training sessions are arranged by appointment Sunday – Thursday. Limited Friday morning appointments available.
Equipment needed is either a computer or tablet/iPad with a camera and internet access. Access to a printer will be needed for the initial paperwork.
Training sessions take place on Google Meetings, FaceTime or similar platforms. Before our first session, we will have a brief, phone consultation to discuss your goals, health, any injuries, and fitness history.
Before our first training session, you will be required to return a signed contract, liability waiver, and a health and fitness questionnaire. Medical clearance from a physician is necessary in some instances as well.
Between training sessions, I am available by text to answer exercise & workout questions and to provide support to help keep you on track.
Fees are payable by Venmo or PayPal (bank account or credit card). Gift certificates available.
